Hi, my name is Renata Juraske, and I welcome you to Mind Care Therapies!
I’m an integrative counsellor offering support to individuals and couples during times of anxiety, relationship difficulty, or personal change. I work in a calm, thoughtful way, helping people make sense of what they’re experiencing and find steadier ways of coping and relating.
In individual work, sessions focus on understanding emotional patterns, managing anxiety or stress, and building self-awareness at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
With couples, I help partners improve communication, navigate conflict, and rebuild emotional connection, creating space for more honest and respectful conversations.
I offer confidential counselling support for employees experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, or personal difficulties that may be affecting their wellbeing and effectiveness at work. Support can be provided on a short-term or ongoing basis and tailored to the needs of your organisation, either as a standalone service or alongside existing wellbeing provisions.
Sessions are delivered both online and in person, providing a confidential and supportive environment where you can talk openly and work towards meaningful change.
